All issues are resolved now.

Our dark fiber supplier has repaired the damaged fibers between Doetinchem-Esnchede. Right now we have rerouted traffic over this link so we can replace a cross-connect inside BIT for the Amsterdam-Ede route. No issues expected, just a slightly higher latency.

Our dark fiber supplier notified us of more damage between Enschede-Doetinchem, so we are on standby for more maintenance.

The fiber cut between Doetinchem and Enschede has been resolved, and our backbone is fully operational again.

The issues between Ede and Amsterdam are resolved. The cross-connect between our rack and the dark fiber provider was impacted by movement. We are still investigating this, and we will replace this cross-connect for a new one.

There is a fiber cut between our cores Doetinchem and Enschede; simultaneously, there is degraded performance between cores in Ede and Amsterdam.
